What SAP Functional Consultants do
SAP functional consultants analyze the business requirement from clients, transform the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model. Hence, they identify the use cases and transforms them into logical and technical views. And the main task ranges from conducting blueprint workshop and design, customizing SAP as per business requirement and make sure the system reacts in the manner according to what has been requested by client.
The SAP consultants document the settings and prepare proper guidelines that allow other consultants to do further changes or repairs with due efforts.
The SAP consultants ensure that proper training is given to the key users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
During go live, consultants assists the technical team by testing the behavior of the system. and after go live, they need to guarantee that the procedures remain usable and consistent in real live situation and proposes enhancements. The main duty of an SAP consultant is to transfer knowledge to the clients. It is not manpower that counts but intelligence, understanding of business processes, a feeling for defects and general a common sense.

Special copy and paste
There is a situation where we might need to capture text or figures from SAP screen transactions and place it to another document format i.e. word, excel or maybe email. You can do so by clicking on the area of the text / figures that you want to capture and press CTRL + Y. it is also possible for you to copy multiple lines at once and paste them later.
After highlighting region or data is done, then you can do Ctrl C (copy) as normal copy in windows application so that later the clipboard can be pasted into another application such as excel or word documents.
